Acceptable Use
How you may use the platform
This policy summarizes the technical and community boundaries for the Macro Handler app, web surfaces, forum, shared macros, and support channels.
1. Allowed use
- Automating repetitive tasks on your own device
- Using the no-code builder, Lua scripting, and scanning engines in lawful and clearly authorized scenarios
- Sharing macros, questions, and technical solutions in community surfaces
2. Prohibited use
- Automation, reverse engineering, or fraud intended to bypass account, license, premium, or moderation boundaries
- Malware distribution, phishing, unauthorized data collection, or attempts to extract another user's content without permission
- Using the forum, shared macro surface, or support channels for spam, harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
- Exploits, abuse, or scaled misuse that puts the platform, third-party services, or device safety at risk
- Using automation to cheat, bypass protections, or interfere with third-party apps or games whose terms prohibit automation. Macro Handler provides deterministic, user-directed automation; complying with the terms of service of every app or game you automate is your responsibility.
3. Enforcement and sanctions
Risky or violating behavior may lead to access restrictions, hidden content, takedowns, device blocks, account suspension, or permanent closure. Critical actions are recorded with an audit trail.
4. Responsible security disclosure
We welcome good-faith security research. If you find a vulnerability, please report it privately before any public disclosure to support@macrohandler.com. The same contact is published in /.well-known/security.txt.
- We aim to acknowledge reports within 72 hours.
- Scope: the Macro Handler Android app, web surfaces, and backend services.
- Out of scope: denial of service (DoS/DDoS), social engineering, physical attacks, and tests against third-party services.
- Safe harbor: we will not pursue legal action for good-faith research conducted in scope, without accessing data that belongs to other users or degrading the service; please allow reasonable time to remediate.
